1. All International Orders Are Final Sale
For all international orders (including wholesale bulk purchases and custom-designed puzzles), all sales are final. This means:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.
2. Exceptions to the Final Sale Policy
We understand unforeseen issues may arise. The only scenarios where we may consider assistance are:

Incorrect Items Shipped: If you receive products that do not match your order (e.g., wrong puzzle design, size, or quantity).

Damaged/Missing Items in Transit: If your package arrives with visible damage, or if items are missing due to shipping errors.
To qualify for assistance, you must:

Contact our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery (provide photos/videos of the issue as proof).

Retain the original packaging and damaged/missing items until instructed otherwise.
3. How to Request Assistance for Exceptions
If you believe your order qualifies under the exceptions above:

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we may offer one of the following solutions (at our discretion):

A partial refund (excluding shipping costs) for damaged/missing items.

4. Custom Puzzles: Special Note
Custom-designed puzzles (including personalized prints, unique dimensions, or bulk orders tailored to your specifications) are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable, even if they meet the exception criteria above. This is because these items are produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
5. Why International Orders Are Final?
As an international seller, we face challenges such as high return shipping costs, customs delays, and potential damage during transit. To keep prices competitive and minimize logistical complexities, we enforce a final sale policy for all cross-border orders.
