Shipping Policy

1PO.COM primarily serves B2B custom puzzle manufacturing and wholesale buyers. Shipping terms are confirmed during quotation because orders vary by quantity, packaging, destination, and delivery method.

Production Lead Time

Standard production usually starts after artwork approval, sample confirmation when required, and payment confirmation. Estimated production time is provided in the quotation or proforma invoice.

Shipping Methods

Available methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or buyer-arranged freight forwarding. We confirm the shipping method, estimated transit time, and freight cost before shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. Unless explicitly included in the quotation, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking and Delivery

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, local holidays, or force majeure events.
