By using 1PO.COM or placing an order, you agree to communicate accurate project information and review all quotation, artwork, sample, payment, production, and shipping details before production.

Quotations

Prices shown on the website are for reference unless confirmed in a formal quotation or proforma invoice. Final pricing depends on quantity, materials, packaging, customization, destination, shipping method, and exchange-rate or material-cost changes.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use submitted artwork, trademarks, copyrighted images, licensed characters, and brand materials. We may request authorization documents before producing licensed or branded products.

Samples and Approval

Samples, digital proofs, or production confirmations may be required before mass production. Approval means the buyer accepts the relevant design, specification, material, and production details.

Production and Delivery

Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of artwork changes, material availability, customs, logistics, holidays, or force majeure.
